1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Stattrix AI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Stattrix AI. By using the Platform you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Do not share your password.

4. Free & Premium Services

The core prediction game, bracket builder, and leaderboard are free to use. Optional paid plans (Pro, Legend, Creator) provide additional features. Paid plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

5. Predictions & Prizes

Predictions are for entertainment purposes. Prize eligibility is determined solely by leaderboard standings at the end of the tournament. Stattrix AI reserves the right to verify winner identities before awarding prizes. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash unless stated.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform • Abuse, harass or harm other users • Use automated scripts or bots to make predictions • Reproduce or distribute Platform content without permission

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Stattrix AI — including the design, code, analytics models, blog articles and data — is owned by Pankaj Kumar / Stattrix AI and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce it without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI predictions and analytics are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. We do not guarantee uptime or accuracy of data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stattrix AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
